  Tasha Sayapina (Reshetnikova) has been Head of the Department for Foreign Relations and Development of the Institute of Physics of Advanced Materials USATU since 2007. 
She has been the manager of many international projects and has been involved in the organization of many Russian and international workshops and conferences, including:
